Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Determining the condition and quality of the material under test is an important task in the field of product testing and diagnostics. Our laboratory offers experience and tradition in non-destructive testing. During NDT tests, our laboratory applies the most frequently used control methods of high informational value, which allows us to detect even the smallest defects before, during or after the test. NDT therefore significantly contributes to customer's cost savings.
What is tested
- Weldments and castings according to ČSN EN ISO 3452-1, ČSN EN ISO 9934-1 and ČSN EN ISO 17638
Options and advantages
- Execution of NDT tests by MT (magnetic powder pouring) and PT (capillary) methods
- Possibility to test small-size samples by means of fluorescence
- When checking welds in badly accessible places, we use power supplies with a magnetic loop
