Concrete is a widely used construction material, requiring fatigue failure testing. We perform static, fatigue and dynamic tests of concrete sleepers and other construction components.
What is tested
Standard and switch concrete sleepers according to ČSN EN 13 230
Test bench basic parameters
Uniaxial hydraulic “pulsator” with the power range of ±2500 kN and the piston rod working stroke of ±250 mm
PC microscope for measuring cracks during the test with a resolution of 0,005 mm
Options and advantages
Frequency of loading during fatigue and dynamic tests of up to 6 Hz
Accurate monitoring of crack development and its computer display with accurate measurement
Fatigue tests can be performed 24 hours a day with monitoring of safety limits
It is possible to test and measure the electrical resistance of the sleeper during rain simulation
