Draw gear and buffer gear tests
Tests of draw gears and buffer gears are performed by means of top-grade equipment. Highly efficient simultaneous testing of several components assures fast and efficient test execution.
What is tested
- Screw couplers, draw gear and draw hooks according to ČSN EN 15566
- Buffers according to ČSN EN 15551
Test bench basic parameters
- Uniaxial hydraulic “pulsator” with the power range of ±2500 kN and the piston rod working stroke of ±250 mm

- Frequency of loading during fatigue and dynamic tests of up to 4 Hz
- Possibility to test entire sets of draw gear at once up to the length of 2 m
