- Railway axles according to ČSN 13261, ČSN EN 13260 a ČSN EN 13 103-1
- Measurement of residual stress of the axle
Test bench basic parameters
- Rotation derived by an electric motor controlled by a frequency converter
- 16-channel surface stress measuring system
- Clamping round plate for wheels and wheel substitutes up to 1,500 mm in diameter

- Load frequency up to 25 Hz depending on the selected imbalance
- Computer-controlled operating program with automatic diagnostics and data aquisition
- Circularity check of the loading
- Round clamping plate mounted on a sprung block
- Automatic detection of a fatigue crack or degradation of a pressed joint
Measurement of residual stress of the axle
- Semi-destructive mechanical relaxation method according to ČSN EN 13261 clause 4.6 and evaluation according to ASTM E837-20
- Internal stress measurement performed using the RS-200 drilling equipment
